The Journey of Commsbank
Since Commsbank’s inception in 2016, we’ve been on an incredible adventure. What started as a sole trader’s dream has flourished into a thriving company, driven by a passionate duo delivering communication, marketing, and leadership services.
In 2020, Hannah Reynolds joined the team. Ever since Hannah joined Commsbank, she has been a driving force in shaping and nurturing the values that we stand for. Her curiosity, creativity, competence, and caring nature have made her an indispensable part of our journey. She constantly brings new ideas and perspectives to the table, challenging us to grow and evolve.
In recognition of this, Commsbank has been restructured to include Hannah as a shareholding director alongside founder Karen Slupinski. This exciting development is a testament to the power of teamwork, showing how two people can join forces to whip up something even more amazing with the combined ingredients of their individual talents.
With all of this exciting change and growth, we realised that our trading name, Commsbank, no longer felt like the right fit for our evolving identity.
Embracing Our New Identity: CoCo
To better represent our growth and the strong collaborative spirit that defines us, we’ve decided to embrace the official name of our company, Collaborative Communications Ltd. But because we love a bit of fun, we’ll affectionately call ourselves CoCo. Our new branding represents this identity, and we hope that you’ll come to love it as much as we do!
A Refined Approach to Delivering Support
We’ve always been committed to providing the best possible support to our clients. As we’ve grown, we’ve learned that the old “bank of hours” approach doesn’t quite capture the full extent of the assistance we offer. To better serve our clients, we’ll be providing support on a monthly basis, ensuring consistent, dependable assistance tailored to their unique needs.
Moving forward, we’ll be refining the way we deliver our services, without increasing our costs. We’re excited to share more about these changes with our clients and continue our journey together.
